Brian Corcoran Appointed Special Master of Vaccine Program

Brian Corcoran is the new Special Master of the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.  Appointed January 13th, Corcoran will now oversee and decide vaccine claims.

Experience

He is a seasoned trial attorney with experience in a wide variety of legal matters,  including intellectual property, general commercial disputes, tax matters, and pro bono civil rights and employment discrimination actions.  Corcoran has spent most of his career working in the private sector, but since 2008, he worked for the Department of Justice, Tax Division, as a trial attorney.

Corcoran is admitted to the bars of New York and the District of Columbia, as well as numerous federal district courts.
